Overall Responsibility

The Quality Control Technician will be customer service oriented, and provide Exceptional Customer Service.  The Quality Control Technician will need strong multi-tasking skills and a high level of organization and follow up.

 

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Accurately perform a mechanical multi point inspection to assure the quality of our product meets our standards
  • Handle physical damage inspection of all retail inventory to assure it is front line retail ready
  • Assure keys and  inventory are properly tagged with stock stickers
  • Test drive inventory
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver QC rejected vehicles efficiently
  • Accurately change lock codes
  • Open repair orders
  • Maintain a work log

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven familiarity with computer programs and willingness to learn or acquire new and advanced computer skills
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated accountability with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Honest and reliable
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED
